Contemporary home that doubled in size after archaeological excavation for €395k
In Limerick city’s historic heart, a two-up two-down has been turned into a 133-square-metre contemporary home, €395k, with an industrial edge. But first, they had to undertake an archaeological survey and discovered a medieval dwelling on their site. It cost thousands of euros, but now it’s the owners’ favourite feature.
