Brendan Courtney to host First-Time buyers event in Dublin

Brendan Courtney's first-time buyer event aims to help guests take the first step towards getting on the property ladder.

While the journey to homeownership can sometimes feel daunting, one upcoming event is proving that securing your dream address doesn't have to be all spreadsheets, stress and late-night scrolling through property websites.

At 6.30pm on 2 July, television presenter and broadcaster Brendan Courtney will host another AIB First-Time Buyer event at The Gourmet Food Parlour in Swords, bringing together aspiring homeowners for an evening of expert advice, delicious food and lively conversation in a relaxed setting.

For just €15, guests can enjoy a two-course early bird dinner, drinks and a goodie bag while gaining valuable insights into one of life's most exciting milestones.

Designed to take some of the mystery out of the home-buying process, the evening offers attendees the opportunity to hear directly from industry experts, ask questions and connect with others who are embarking on the same journey.

Joining Brendan on stage will be Ronan McKenna, Sales Director with Glenveagh Homes, and Caroline Murphy, Homes Advisor with AIB.

Together, they will share practical advice and insider knowledge on everything from saving for a deposit and securing a mortgage to understanding the market and making those all-important first moves towards homeownership.

Whether guests are actively saving, viewing properties or simply beginning to dream about the kind of home they hope to create, the event promises plenty of inspiration and reassurance along the way.

And true to Brendan Courtney's style, this is far from a formal seminar. Instead, the evening has been designed to feel more like a night out with friends, where conversation flows as easily as the food and no question is too small.

There promises to be plenty of laughs alongside the practical advice, making it the perfect opportunity for anyone with grand plans for their future home.

With expert insights, great company and a welcoming atmosphere, AIB's return to Swords is shaping up to be another inspiring evening that could bring aspiring homeowners one step closer to turning dream homes into front doors.
