Any foodie celebrity worth their salt has a cookware range. The ones that blend showstopping good looks and high-tech functionality are the ones homeowners want to showoff in their kitchens.
It makes sense for chefs and foodies to lend their names to cookingware. It's a symbiotic relationship that helps sell pots, pans and utensils.
Jamie Oliver has had a 20-year partnership with Tefal, while Gordon Ramsay, the multi-Michelin-starred celebrity chef who rules the internet, has taken a different route, investing in direct-to-consumer LA kitchenware brand HexClad, through his Studio Ramsay Global, itself a partnership with Fox Entertainment.
The takeaway here is that it can be lucrative.
Here are three names home cooks will love:

Showbiz styling with Italian-flavour
Everyone’s favourite Italian American, Stanley Tucci, has already enthralled us on screen and written several cookbooks and books about food.
He’s also regaled us on socials with his cocktail recipes.

He joins the galaxy of stars lending their names to celebrity cookware.
Tucci has partnered with GreenPan for an induction range that he says “combines modern design with effortless performance.
Available through Meadows & Byrne, these pieces have thoughtful touches that make a difference and are shaped by a long tradition of craftsmanship.”

And the range is as stylish as the man himself.
Made in Italy, it comes in two colours, ceramic white or Venetian teal and features champagne-coloured hardware.
The five-millimetre stainless steel base, forged, high-performance base suitable for all stovetops and is oven safe.

Its flat surface keeps oil where you want it to give even browning because food stays in contact with the base.
The cookware has ceramic nonstick for PFAS-free cooking.

It includes two frying pans, a 20 cm one that comes with a tight-fitting, glass-tempered, stainless steel-rimmed lid, and is great for frying eggs, €99.95 and a 30 cm size, €179.95.

There is a 1.89 litre saucepan with lid, €149.95 and a 26cm casserole dish, which he calls by its American moniker, a Dutch oven, that is inspired by vintage Italian pots passed down from Stanley's mother.
This costs €299.95.

Michelin-starred gastronome
"Cast iron retains heat really well – this pan is perfect for searing meat, as well as those low-and-slow roasts, casseroles and soups," says chef, restaurateur, author and two-Michelin-star winner Tom Kerridge of his collaboration with Marks & Spencer.
Ideal for one-pot meals, this shallow casserole dish from the M&S X Tom Kerridge collection retains heat and allows for even cooking and comes in a matte black finish or a Belgian frit enamel finish.
The essential piece of home cook kit offers lasting durability, a smooth, easy-to-clean surface and costs €60.

The stacking set, above, is his favourite piece within the range.
It includes a griddle, a shallow 2.9 litre pan and a 5 litre casserole dish with a lid. and costs €135.
The collection includes stainless-steel, lidded saucepans with a thick copper disc in the base to ensure quick and even heating.
The 18cm costs €47.50 and the 20 cm size costs €54. There’s also a milk pan, €27.

Affordable, chef-approved luxury
This is Neven Maguire’s sixth year collaborating with Dunnes Stores on his cookware range.
Much of it is workhorse stainless steel, and he’s launched a red-hot, coloured, stainless steel casserole dish with silicone arm covers just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Costing €45, it might be the perfect gift to give a loved one – a home-cooked meal and the vessel it was cooked in.

It is accompanied by a universal roaster.
Built to last from cast aluminium to conduct heat perfectly, with a non-stick coating, it comes in the same red or a pine green option.

His collection also includes a range of class-lid saucepans. The 16 cm costs €30 and the 18 cm costs €40. There are two sizes of frying pans.
All the chefs counsel you to let the pots and dishes cool before washing to minimise marking the surfaces.
