The iconic Miami mansion from the 1983 film Scarface is on the market for a whopping $237 million.
Over 40 years after its use in the Al Pacino sensation, the massive house still boasts features synonymous with the movie, including the glass elevator that allowed Tony Montana to see Michelle Pfeiffer’s character, Elvira, for the first time.
Across three levels, the approximately 1,254-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a gym that could be converted into yet another bedroom.

Address: 485 W Matheson Drive, Key Biscayne, Miami, Florida, USA.
Price: $237 million
Agent: The Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker Realty

The 2.38-acre compound served as the lavish home of Robert Loggia’s drug lord character, Frank Lopez, in Scarface, with Biscayne Bay still glistening on its doorstep as it did in the film.
The property has an unobstructed view of the Miami skyline, along with a private marina that was formerly a presidential helipad.

Before it became a Hollywood symbol, the location was used by former US president Richard Nixon as a Winter White House.
Decades before Donald Trump used Florida as a break from Washington DC, Nixon similarly flew down to the still-standing helipad in Marine One, though the original bungalow he stayed in was demolished in the early 2000s.

Estate agent Jill Eber described the "iconic, legendary estate" on Key Biscayne as "among the most extraordinary properties in the world where cultural legacy spans both cinematic and American history".
Jill is a stalwart of Miami real estate, selling houses to the likes of Gloria Estefan, Julio Iglesias, and Shaquille O’Neal. She has made record-breaking sales, including the Versace Mansion.
She told Home and Style that "beyond its timeless architecture, the estate showcases trillion-dollar open bay and city views, plus offers dockage for vessels up to 200 feet, positioning it as one of the most significant private waterfront holdings in Miami. This estate has a true wow factor".

The mansion’s interior sees vast living, dining, and kitchen areas opening out to large terraces for a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining experience.
A piano-shaped saltwater pool glistens on the estate’s grounds, accompanying a cabana bath and lush tropical landscaping.

The high-powered marina features dockage for yachts up to 200 feet in length, as well as over 3,155 square metres of submerged land.
After watching the sun set over the bay, residents can still enjoy the expansive lawn areas due to its artfully integrated lighting.

The property’s allure "extends beyond the silver and small screens", Judy Zeder, joint lead agent in the group, explains.
"Set across more than two acres of meticulously designed grounds along Biscayne Bay, the residence is enveloped by lush, mature tropical landscaping that creates a rare sense of privacy."
